Our Background

J-Ray originates from long-standing work with veterinary clinics in the US through ServiceVet, a business that has supported veterinarians with software and technical products for over 20 years.

Through this work, we developed a deep understanding of how technology is actually used in clinical environments — what works, what doesn’t, and where existing solutions fall short.

Over the past 10+ years, J-Ray laser systems have been supplied to hundreds of veterinary practices across the US, evolving through multiple generations based on direct feedback from clinicians.
