Q: Many of the lower-priced and lower-powered lasers offer minimum adjustment capabilities.  What does J-Ray offer?

A: A lower price like J-Ray does not always mean lower capabilities. J-Ray provides the the ability to adjust time, pulse width/duty cycle, power, chronicity, wound care, and much more.  Everything is done with a simple press of the touchscreen.

Q:  Does J-Ray perform as well as other lasers that cost more?

A:  Absolutely.  Many of the more expensive lasers –  and we’re talking tens of thousands of dollars more –  don’t offer the power available from J-Ray; nor do they provide the diverse and usable software and features.  J-Ray will outperform lasers that cost much more.

Q:  How is your company able to build and sell 75 watt Class IV Veterinary lasers for less than other companies' 15 and 30 watt models?

A:  We have searched for the best laser manufacturer available anywhere.  We worked with them hand-in-hand to design the J-Ray to not only make it the BEST laser, but the best veterinary laser at ANY price!

Additionally, we do not  have the overheads nor the profit requirements of larger multi-national corporate suppliers.  We make reasonable profits, keeping more money in YOUR pocket. 

Q:  My budget is not large enough to afford the J-Ray 75 ISP. Do you offer lower cost models?

A:  While the J-Ray 75 ISP is the best value Class 4 laser in Australia, often thousands (or tens of thousands) of dollars less than other Class 4 lasers, we understand that it is still not within budget for some small practices and individual users. We still offer our original J-Ray 30 watt dual wavelength (810nam and 980 nm) laser. This has been used by hundreds of vets for nearly a decade. Q:  What comes in the package when I buy a J-Ray laser?

A;  When you purchase the J-Ray class 4 laser, you will receive a turnkey tool kit needed to begin providing therapy and rehabilitation within minutes. Our software guides you or your therapist through every phase of treatment with just a few simple touches on the J-Ray programming screen.

For more experienced physicians, we include a surgical and dental package which greatly expand the capabilities and value of the J-ray laser. 

Q: What type of training is available from J-Ray?

A: We provide up to a full day of live training, either onsite (travel expenses may be extra) or via a live webinar!  Additionally, we have training videos and a training manual that will help to get your up and running quickly. Our software is so user friendly, you and your staff can literally be using the J-Ray in minutes.

Q: Does J-Ray come with a warranty?

A: The J-Ray comes with a full two-year warranty on the Laser Diode Module with True Colour Touch Screen, and a one-year warranty on the therapy handpiece.  An optional 5-year warranty is available on the Laser Diode Module for an additional cost.
